Terms & Conditions


Delivery can vary depending on workload and can range from 3 working days to 28 working days. If you require an item for a specific date please contact us prior to purchasing to ensure we are able to process your order in time. Extra charges may also be added for urgent orders but this will be confirmed at the time of enquiry.

We use Royal Mail for the majority of items, however, we may use a courier for large orders.



    All items are made to order. The stock is purchased and allocated to your order at the time of purchase. We cannot accept any cancellations after 24 hours of ordering.

    We do not offer returns or exchanges on any unwanted items. Pretty Personal Gift Co. cannot be held responsible for any spelling mistakes or incorrect details entered by the customer.

    We do not accept returns on items that do not fit. Please ensure that you check the sizing before placing your order.

    All of our items are hand made. If you receive anything with a mistake made by us, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your items. If you receive an item that is faulty (and the fault has not been caused by yourself or by not following the care instructions provided) please contact us as soon as possible and we will issue a like-for like replacement once the original has been returned back to us.

    Each item of clothing is provided with care instructions which must be followed in order to protect the condition of your clothing. We cannot be held responsible for damages that occur if the care guide has not been followed.
